1 sachet Sugar free jelly (any flavour)
1 small pot Fat free greek yogurt
Strawberries, blueberries etc Free fruits
Dissolve the sugar free jelly in half a pint of boiling water.
When the jelly has melted, remove the pot from heat and allow to cool.
Make sure the jelly only cools, not sets.
Chop up some of your fruits.
Once jelly has cooled, mix in the Fat free yogurt and fruit pieces
Place in the fridge to set.
Optionally sprinkle some drinking chocolate over it.
Serve cold and enjoy.
