200g oats
300g cottage cheese
2 eggs
50g mixed seeds (like flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Extra seeds to sprinkle on top
1. In a food processor, blitz the oats, cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder and salt. then stir the seeds.
2. Shape into a loaf and place on a lined baking sheet. 🍞 tip- use wet hands to shape and smooth over. Sprinkle with extra seed
3. Air Fryer Option: Preheat to 160°C and bake for 35 minutes. ⏲️
4. Oven Option: Preheat to 180°C and bake for 60 minutes. 🔥
5. Let it cool, slice, and enjoy! 😋
