140g Cottage Cheese
90g Oats
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Sweetener (we used Splenda)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
handful of Frozen blueberries
Preheat the airfrier to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine all in the ingredients (bar the frozen blueberries) into a nutri-bullet type blender. Blitz.
Spray two silicone pudding moulds with oil, and add a layer of frozen blueberries.
Pour in the batter and air-fry for 12 minutes. Serve with a dollop of your favourite fat free yoghurt and a drizzle of honey (1/2 bite per tsp)
