Guacamole

Try our guilt free Guacamole as a snack or alongside your favourite Tex-Mex meal. Tip: Add chilli flakes for an extra kick! This recipe is only half a Bite for the lot.

Ingredients

1 avocado

6 cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 small chilli, chopped

2 squeeze of lime

1 tsp olive oil

sea salt to taste

pepper to taste

chopped coriander to serves

chili flakes - optional

Method

Mash your avocado in a bowl and add in the chopped ingredients.

Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.

Squeeze in lime juice and serve with coriander.

Tip: If you like an extra kick add chilli flakes before serving
