Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

20g kale leaves, stalks removed

1/4 cucumber

1/2 tbsp chopped fresh root ginger

1 slice pineapple

1/2 apple, cored

15g flaxseeds / linseeds

4 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt (optional)

Method

Put the kale, cucumber, ginger, and fruit in a blender and pulse until smooth.

For a creamier smoothie, add the yogurt and blitz briefly.

Pour into a glass with some ice and serve immediately.
