Garlic Skinny Fries
Make this dish even easier by picking up a bag of our Gorge Us Chips from, Tesco, Dunnes Stores and Supervalu nationwide. This recipe is free when used during meal times.
- 400g large potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- handful parsley
- low cal spray oil
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Peel 400g of potatoes and slice into skinny chips and pat dry (Or 200g of our Gorge Us Chips).
Spritz a baking tray with low cal spray oil and lay out your chips evenly.
Mince 2 cloves of garlic (alternatively, use garlic salt) and sprinkle across the chips.
Place in the oven until the chips have turned golden.
Sprinkle with some finely chopped parsley.
