Fudgy Yoghurt Brownies (Gluten Free)

If you want the most decadent sweet treat, that’s gluten free, gooey, delicious, and feel a little bit naughty, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients

100g Dark chocolate, chopped

300g Low fat vanilla greek/skyr/kvarg yoghurt

10g Sweetener of your choice

2 Eggs

100ml Low fat milk

100g Almond flour

60g Cocoa powder

1/2 tsp Baking powder

Method

Preheat the oven to 170C and prepare an 8×8 baking tin, I always use a silicone tray and spray with oil

Start by melting your chocolate in the microwave, this takes about 2 minutes. Be careful not to overdo it as the chocolate will split. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Then whisk in the yoghurt, sweetener, eggs & milk until you have a smooth batter.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients and pour into your tin and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool, and then cut into 12 even portions. Enjoy!
