1 Dairy milk, broken into pieces
60g Cream fraiche, reduced fat
4 Ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half
Ice lolly sticks, or skewers
Line a baking sheet with non stick foil.
Insert a wooden stick into each banana half. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for 15 mins.
Set up a double boiler: fill a saucepan with about 3cm of water and bring to simmer over medium heat.
Place a glass or ceramic bow on top of the saucepan so that it fits comfortably but noes not touch the water.
Add the chocolate and allow to melt. While stirring, add enough cream to reach a smooth consistency.
When the chocolate melts, remove from the heat. Roll each half banana in the chocolate.
Sprinkle with some chopped nuts if available.
Freeze for around 30-40 mins and serve.
