2 Eggs
120ml Skimmed milk
4X30g Slices wholemeal bread
Banana
60g Low fat creme fraiche
Beat together 2 eggs & 120ml skimmed milk, in a bowl. Dip 4 slices of bread into the mixture. Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil over a medium heat. Add the dipped bread to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes either side until golden brown and crisp underneath. Serve the French toast topped with sliced banana & 30g of low fat creme fraiche.
