Feel-good Full Irish
Super satisfactory Sunday food!
- 2 lean rashers
- 1 low-fat sausage
- 1 egg
- Sugar-free beans
- 1 tomato
Grill the rashers, sausage, and tomato.
Heat the sugar free beans in a pan or microwave.
Spritz a non-stick frying pan with low cal oil, fry off a handful of mushrooms and once they are nearly cooked crack your egg into pan and fry to your liking.
Serve with 2 x 30g slices of wholemeal toast.
