A truly smashing brunch recipe.
- 2 x 30g slices of wholemeal sourdough or a 60g wholemeal crusty roll
- 1 avocado
- Half a tsp of dried chilli flakes (optional)
- ½ small clove garlic finely grated
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Fresh coriander
Peel and destone an avocado and mash in a bowl.
Add all of the other ingredients and continue to mash to a consistency you like.
Spread over toasted wholemeal bread.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve.
