Method

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 30g slices of wholemeal sourdough or a 60g wholemeal crusty roll
  • 1 avocado
  • Half a tsp of dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • ½ small clove garlic finely grated
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Fresh coriander

Method:

 

Peel and destone an avocado and mash in a bowl.

Add all of the other ingredients and continue to mash to a consistency you like.

Spread over toasted wholemeal bread.

Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve.
