Avocado Smash

A truly smashing brunch recipe.

Ingredients

2 x 30g slices of wholemeal sourdough or a 60g wholemeal crusty roll

1 avocado

Half a tsp of dried chilli flakes (optional)

½ small clove garlic finely grated

Juice of half a lime

Salt and pepper

1 tsp olive oil

Fresh coriander

Method

 

Peel and destone an avocado and mash in a bowl.

Add all of the other ingredients and continue to mash to a consistency you like.

Spread over toasted wholemeal bread.

Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve.
