Low Cal Spray
1/2 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Crushed Chillies
2 tins Chopped Tomatoes
4 Chicken Breasts
25g Sesame Seeds
240g (uncooked weight) Pasta
Fresh Basil Leaves
2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
Preheat your oven to 180oC.
Heat some low cal spray in a saucepan over medium/high heat. Slice the garlic, and add it to a sauce pan along with the chillis.
After about a minute add in the tomatoes & herbs and stir. Reduce heat and leave to simmer.
Coat the baking with low cal spray & add the chicken. Cover the chicken with sesame seeds, then bake for 18-20 mins til cooked through.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the pasta according to packet instructions.
Transfer chicken and pasta to plates.
Add the red wine vinegar & basil to your tomato sauce, then serve over the other ingredients.
