2.9kg Fillet of Ham
2 Onions, roughly chopped
3-4 Carrots, roughly chopped
2 stalks Celery, roughly chopped
2 Oranges, sliced
2 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
6 Whole Cloves
6 Peppercorns
1 Kettle full of water
FOR THE GLAZE
1/3 jar No Added Sugar Marmalade
Cloves
Place all the ingredients into your slow cooker, and cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove from slow cooker, and score the fat into diamond shapes and stud with cloves.
Microwave the marmalade for 1 minute, then drizzle over the ham. Place into a preheated airfier (as high as your air-frier can go, typically 220) for 10 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
