60g mozzarella, sliced
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
basil
Cut mozzarella into heart shapes using a cookie cutter if desired.
Place tomato slices with mozzarella slices, on a large serving platter.
Combine oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix until thoroughly combined. Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkle with basil. and Voila, a light starter for 2
