380 ml Light coconut milk
1/4 cup Unsweetened coca powder
4 tsp No added sugar peanut butter
6 tsp Honey
200ml Vanilla almond milk
8 5oz paper cups
8 Popsicle sticks
Place all ingredients into blender.
You may want to add less cocoa powder at first ,blend and taste and add more if desired.
Puree until smooth.
Place paper cups on tray and fill cups.
Place a piece of plastic wrap over cups.
Insert the sticks through the plastic wrap so that they stand up.
Freeze for 2-3 hours.
