Club Chicken Wrap
Guilt free Club? Yes Please! This recipe serves 2 at 1 Bite per serving.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 bacon medallions
- 2 eggs
- 2 wholemeal tortilla wraps
- 1 tomato
- a handful lettuce
- 2 tbsp lighter than light mayo
- 30g cheddar cheese
- low cal cooking spray
Preheat oven to 180 and grill chicken breast until cooked through, add bacon to the oven and cook until bacon is crispy. Meanwhile spray a pan with low cal cooking spray and fry off eggs until almost firm.
Once the chicken, bacon and eggs are cooked, heat two wholemeal tortilla wraps in microwave for 1 minute. Place tortilla wrap on plate and start building your wrap. Spread lighter than light mayo thinly across the centre and add bacon, cheddar, chicken, egg, tomato and finally lettuce. Tightly wrap the ingredients, tucking the end in before rolling to keep your ingredients in place.
