Cherry & Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 Tubs Low Fat Natural Yogurt (less than 60kcals per 100g)

4 tbsp Semi Skimmed Milk

4 tbsp Honey

1/2 Vanilla Pod Seeds

150g Cherries

40g Pistachio Nuts

Method

Mix 2 x 250g tubs of natural yogurt, with 4 tbsp semi-skimmed milk, 4 tsp honey, seeds from 1/2 a vanilla pod together in a tub.

Place in the freezer, occasionally remove from the freezer and stir until almost frozen.

Sprinkle evenly with 150g of halved and stoned cherries and 40g roughly chopped pistachio nuts.

Place back in the freezer until fully set.

Allow to soften slightly at room temperature before serving.
