Cheesy Pizza Bagel
These quick and easy pizza bagels are the perfect lunchtime meal if you're tight on time
- 2 wholemeal bagels
- 60g low-fat grated cheese
- 1 tbsp passata or tomato puree
- Red and green pepper, diced
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced ham
- Basil leaves
Cut both bagels in half, place bagels under the grill and grill the outside pieces of the bagels first.
Once the bagel is toasted spread the passata on the inside of both bagels along with, the peppers, ham and grated cheese, finish it off with slices of tomato and some cracked pepper and grill again.
Serve sprinkled with some basil leaves along with a green salad.
