Ingredients

1 Portobello mushroom

2 Slices of beef tomatoes

1 Slice of lean bacon.

Method

Grill a portobello mushroom, 2 slices of beef tomato and 1 slice of lean bacon. Once grilled, stack them on top of each other and serve with a poached egg on top. Sprinkle with chopped chives and season to taste.
