Blueberry Pancakes
The classic Blueberry Pancake made healthier with Unislim. This recipe serves 2 at 1 Bite per serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 120g wholegrain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 230ml skimmed milk
- 200g blueberries
- low cal spray oil
Method:
Crack the egg into a large bowl and beat.
Add the milk and flour, and whisk until smooth.
Add the blueberries, and fold.
Preheat the frying pan at a medium heat, and add low cal spray oil.
Add even amount of batter to the pan, and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Flip, and cook until golden on both sides. You will have to cook the pancakes in batches.
Serve with extra blueberries if desired and a dollop of natural yogurt
