Berry Parfait

Super easy snack idea, make it your own by adding in your favourite fruits

Ingredients

60g granola

300g low fat natural yogurt

a handful of strawberries,

a handful of blueberries

a handful of raspberries

Method

Get 3 glasses, and spoon 1/4 of the blueberries amongts each of the glasses.

Spoon about 2 and a half  tablespoons of the yogurt mixture over the blueberries in each glass.

Add in half of your raspberries between each glass.

And then divide all of the the granola between each glass, and then a little more yogurt.

Repeat these steps with the remaining fruit in the same order.

Garnish with a strawberry on the side of your glass

Serve cold and enjoy.
