1 punnet of blueberries
1.5 tsps honey
85g porridge oats
30g almonds, chopped
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp mixed spice or cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup slimline milk
1 egg
Serves 6-8
Entire dish: 4 Bites
Slice the banana and place flat out on the bottom of oven proof dish, scatter half the blueberries on top, sprinkle half of the mixed spice and honey over the fruit and cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 15 mins.
Meanwhile in a bowl add the oats, salt, baking powder, half of the nuts and remaining cinnamon and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix together the egg, milk, remaining honey and vanilla extract.
Remove the dish from the oven and pour over the oats.
Next pour the milk mixture over the oats and sprinkle with remaining nuts and berries.
Bake in the oven for approx.
30mins or until golden.
Serve warm with low fat natural yogurt.
