Bangin’ Bruchetta

Bruchetta is an antipasto from Italy and worthy of any kitchen table around the world. Simple, elegant and free on the plan, this would make a great starter or even a light lunch. Bellisima!

Ingredients

4 60g slices Brown Sour Dough

1 Pack Cherry tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

(Optional) Balsamic

Small bunch Basil

Method

Pop your bread into the toaster or air-fryer. Whilst that is toasting, prepare your tomatoes by quartering them. Add the garlic, a splash of balsamic, the torn basil leaves, and season to perfection. Top on the toasted sour-dough and add a little more fresh basil.

Optional: Add a slice of mozzarella on top or better still, burrata and bite accordingly.
