4 skinless Salmon darnes
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Spray Oil
Preheat the air-frier to 200 degrees.
Cut the salmon into cubes. Toss the seasoning onto the salmon and air-fry for 8 minutes. That is it! Serve with rice, 1/2 plate of veggies and finish with
sriracha mayo. An epic midweek dinner in under 10 minutes!
