Banana & Oat Pancakes

Wake up in the morning to a special treat! These pancakes are made with bananas, oats and eggs so they're full of natural goodness, high in fibre and protein. Big bonus in Unislim they're also FREE so you enjoy them anytime. Happy cooking!

Method

Ingredients:

  • 30g porridge oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • low cal cooking spray

Method:

Whizz all the ingredients together in a bowl.  Blend the mixture until smooth.

Pour small portions onto a piping hot frying pan, with low cal cooking spray, and fry as you would a regular pancake.

Serve with a portion of your favourite yogurt (less than 60kcal per 100g) and some berries
