2 tbsp cocoa powder (sugar free)
1/2 cup canned low-fat coconut milk
2 very ripe bananas (small)
Stevia to taste
1/2 tsp vanilla Extract
A pinch salt
6 popsicle moulds
Place all ingredients except the Stevia to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Add Stevia incrementally and taste the mixture until it is sweet enough.
Add mixture to mounds and place carefully in the freezer for about 3 hours or until frozen solid.
