1 Avocado, medium

2 tsp Fresh chives

2 tsp Fresh dill

1 clove Garlic

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Fresh Parsely

1/2 tsp Lime juice

1 cup Greek style / Fat free yogurt

6 tbsp Skimmed milk

to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Who doesn’t love dressing. They make our salads exciting and our dinners tasty. Simply blitz all of these ingredients together in a blender for a yummy alternative to a yogurt dressing. Store in a jar and keep in fridge. Delicious.
