Apple and peanut butter breakfast on the go

In a hurry - this is a great emergency breakfast or an extra filling snack.

Ingredients

4 wholemeal crackers (like ryvita)

4 tsps 100% nuts peanut butter

apple

skimmed milk

Method

Spread 4 crackers (Ryvita/Oatcakes) with 4 tsp no 100 % nuts peanut butter and top with sliced apple.  Add a glass of skimmed milk for calcium and added protein.
