Ingredients

Apples 3

Muesli (no added sugar) 100g

Cinnamon Pinch

Oil Spray

Method

🍎Preheat the air-fryer to 175 degrees.

🍎Fill the prepared apples with the muesli mixture, and spray with oil.

🍎Place into the air-fryer and add a splash of water to the bottom.

🍎Bake for 12-15 minutes until the apple is soft and golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with a low fat custard or yoghurt.
