1 Bite Banoffee

If you are looking for a sweet treat and don't want to break the bite bank, this recipe is for you. All the banoffee vibes, just a lighter version just for you.

Ingredients

2 digestive light biscuits

1 banana

1 muller light toffee yogurt

1 dollop of Greek Yoghurt

sprinkle of cocoa powder

Method

Crush 2 light digestive biscuits and place in small glasses.

Slice half the banana and put on top of biscuit mix in each glass, pour yoghurt on top and place in the freezer for an hour.

Once mixture hardens, slice the other banana half on top, add a dollop of greek yoghurt and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
