How does Unislim Work

How does the Unislim plan work

Unislim isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle.

When you join Unislim, either in-person or digital classes you will have a leader who will host your weekly class and keep you informed and motivated throughout your weight loss journey.

3 + 2 = A Balanced You!

Our Unislim Balance plan focuses on eating 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks each day to balance blood sugar levels and keeping you feeling fuller for longer.

How do you know your Daily Bite Allowance

Your Bite allowance depends on your weight.

When you go to a Unislim class, you will get a private & confidential wiegh in with your Leader who will then give you your bite allowance.

If you are a digital member, you can log your weight online through our App, the app will then calculate your allowance for you.

Are there any forbidden foods with Unislim

The great thing with Unislim is no food is forbidden!

Everything is allowed…in moderation! It’s all about Balance!

We have hundred’s of FREE foods you can enjoy, plus you have a daily Bite allowance to allow you to enjoy all the extra’s like cheese, sauces, chocolate & even alcohol!

What do you get Unislim Digital classes

When you join Unislim Online you get exclusive weekly content, which includes:

Cooking Demo Exercise Workout Motivational Interview 7 Day Meal Plan

PLUS get 1 virtual Zoom class per week with a leader of your choice. You can watch it live or on demand, whichever suits you!

I would love to join online but none of the times suit me

We’ve got you covered, with Unislim Digital you can either watch live at the time of the class or if you miss it, your leader will send you the link to watch the class back.

Or we have a 10 minute On Demand

option available too if that suits you better!

How does the weigh in work

You choose a day in the week you want to weigh in at home. You log your weight each week in our app, and you can see your progress via a graph.

Whilst your weight is available for your Leader to see, we recommend you engage with your coach weekly for extra accountability.
