These green tea ice cubes are just what you need to reduce under eye bags.
What you’ll need: 3 green tea bags, 200 ml water, Ice cube tray.
Boil 200 ml of water. Seep 3 green tea bags in hot water for 30 minutes making sure to stir occasionally. Pour green tea into ice cube tray, put tray into freezer and leave until fully frozen. Massage cubes onto tired, puffy under eyes to boost circulation and reduce swelling.
This face mask will provide some much-needed calm over the hectic Christmas period. It hydrates and soothes dry or sensitive skin while also gently exfoliating it.
What you’ll need: 1 egg white, 1 tsp oatmeal, 1 tsp honey.
Beat the egg white until it turns a little foamy. Add the honey and the oatmeal, mixing it through really well. Apply the mixture with care all over your face, neck and cleavage. Leave it for about 20 minutes before rinsing it out with a cloth soaked in warm water. Afterwards, apply your regular moisturiser.
Banish your dry hair for once and for all with this moisture-filled hair mask.
What you’ll need: 1 small ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon olive or almond oil, 1/4 cup milk. You will also need a plastic shower cap.
Blend avocado into very smooth puree with no lumps. Add the milk and your choice of oil, mix very well. Apply the mixture to your hair, beginning at the roots and working your way to the ends. Cover with the plastic shower cap and wait for at least 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. Use your fingers to ensure all avocado is removed.
