Looking to stock up on fresh produce without heading to the supermarket? We’ve got you covered with our list of suppliers delivering across Ireland.

A trip to the supermarket can be rather stressful at the moment, what with all the hand sanitising and trolley sterilising, not to mention the queues outside in an effort to practise social distancing (all of which, of course, we applaud 👏 ). No doubt you’ve already discovered that shopping online at one of the many supermarket chains also means waiting weeks for your groceries.

To make things a little easier on yourself, try and stretch out your visits to the shops by ordering from one of the many suppliers across the country who are delivering fresh fruit, veg, dairy, meat, fish and other essentials. Not only will it make shopping more convenient, but you’ll be supporting small businesses in the process. Below are just a few retailers who are providing nationwide deliveries.

Do check online where you can to find a local supplier in your area who might need your business – you’ll be reducing your carbon footprint to boot.

Ruairí Browne and Laura Menamy of Great Northern Larder, which makes a range of sauces and rubs, have dedicated their website, time and packing facilities to support the initiative and those self-isolating.
