200g Dates
1 tsp Vanilla paste or extract
40g Peanut butter (100% nuts)
30g Chopped dark chocolate
1 tbsp Chia seeds
50g Oats
Pinch Maldon sea-salt
30g Dark chocolate
Combine the peanut butter and dates in a food processor. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Using your hands, make into 12 balls. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave, a few seconds at a time, until completely melted. Drizzle the chocolate over the balls, sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt, and freeze for 10 minutes
