650g wholemeal flour
250g plain flour
2 rounded tsps bread soda, sieved
70g low fat butter
1 litre buttermilk
1 tsp salt
A handful of each:
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
Porridge oats
This is the easiest & tastiest bread recipe you will ever try.
Simply, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl (keep a few seeds and porridge aside for the top)
Pour the mixture into 2 lined loaf tins.
Sprinkle some seeds/porridge oats on top.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
Cool on a wire tray.
