2 Bananas, ripe
90g Rolled oats
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
100g Dark chocolate chips
A dash of vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium size bowl, mash bananas to a smooth consistency.
Add oats and cinnamon and stir well.
Break 90g of dark chocolate into small chips (or store bought chocolate chips) and stir into the oats and banana mixture with a dash of vanilla extract.
Grease parchment paper lightly with low cal spray and place on a baking tray.
Using a tablespoon, create 8 small cookies.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Once golden, remove from oven, allow to cool and set before eating.
