240g Fettuccine
400g Shrimp
1/2 carton passata
10 baby tomatoes (quartered)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1 tsp red chilli flakes (crushed)
salt & pepper
Cook the fettuccine according to the packet instructions.
In a large frying pan over low heat add the passata, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and crushed garlic and simmer for 5 minutes. add in the shrimp and leave simmering for another 5 – 6 minutes until the shrimp is cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Drain the fettuccine and stir through the shrimp and sauce. Scatter the fresh chopped tomatoes over top and serve.
