300g whole wheat pasta
500g passata
500g tuna chunks
10g fresh parsley
4 chopped tomatoes
120g reduced fat cheddar cheese
300g sweet corn drained
1 Bite Per Serving, Serves 4
1 Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta and then put back into the pan.
2 Stir through the passata sauce, tuna, sweetcorn, chopped tomatoes and half the parsley.
3 Tip the mixture into a large baking dish and sprinkle the reduced fat cheese over the top.Cook for 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Garnish with the remaining parsley just before serving.
