Summer Fruit Salad
This delicious summer fruit salad makes a mouth-watering breakfast or even a healthy dessert. Perfect for picnics, just pop it in a lunchbox and you're good to go.
- 2 apples
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 2 oranges, segmented and with skin removed
- 2 kiwis
- 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 pot of low fat natural yogurt
- 16 de-seeded grapes
- 60g sugar free muesli
Slice the apples, kiwi, grapes and strawberries, place in a bowl and mix in the orange segments and orange juice. Divide the fruit between bowls with natural yogurt on top and serve.
