Stir-fried chilli beef

Ingredients:
- 250g Sirlion or fillet steak sliced. (All visable fat removed)
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- Spray oil
- 1 Hot red chilli (Shredded)
- 2 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp Chopped fresh root ginger
- 1 Celery stick (cut into strips)
- 1 Large Carrot (cut into strips)
- 1 Red Pepper (seeded and sliced)
- 1 pinch Five spice powder
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1tsp Hoison sauce
- 200g (cooked weight) Boiled chinese egg noodles
- 2 Spring onions (shredded)

Season the strips of sirloin or fillet steak with lots of freshly ground black pepper.
Spray a wok or deep frying pan lightly with oil and set over a medium heat.
Add the peppered steak strips and stir-fry for 1 minute until seared all over on the outside.
Add the chilli, garlic, ginger, carrot, celery, red pepper and the five-spice powder. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in the soy and hoisin sauces and then cook for about 2 minutes.
Gently fold the cooked egg noodles into the beef and vegetable mixture.
Serve the stir-fried chilli beef immediately, sprinkled with some shredded spring onions.
