Spinach Omelette
A tasty healthy meal at any time of the day

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- Skimmed Milk
- Small Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
Method:
Whisk two eggs in a bowl and add a dash of skimmed milk.
Stir in some baby spinach leaves and season.
Spray a pan with low cal spray heat and add egg mix, cook on each side and serve with slice of wholegrain bread.
