Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs

Breakfast never tasted so good

Skill Level:




  • Low Cal Spray Oil
  • 6 Eggs
  • Dash Milk
  • 100g Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
  • 4 slices Wholemeal bread, toasted
  • Salt and Pepper

Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs with a fork/whisk.

Heat low cal spray oil on a pan and pour eggs on, stirring with a spatula until they are cooked to taste.

Add the smoked salmon.

Serve on 1 slice of wholemeal toast.
