Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- Low Cal Spray Oil
- 6 Eggs
- Dash Milk
- 100g Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
- 4 slices Wholemeal bread, toasted
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with a fork/whisk.
Heat low cal spray oil on a pan and pour eggs on, stirring with a spatula until they are cooked to taste.
Add the smoked salmon.
Serve on 1 slice of wholemeal toast.
