Ingredients

Low Cal Spray Oil

6 Eggs

Dash Milk

100g Smoked Salmon, cut into strips

4 slices Wholemeal bread, toasted

Salt and Pepper

Method

Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs with a fork/whisk.

Heat low cal spray oil on a pan and pour eggs on, stirring with a spatula until they are cooked to taste.

Add the smoked salmon.

Serve on 1 slice of wholemeal toast.
