4 Corn on the cob
4 tsps low fat butter
zest of a lime
1 tsp Chilli Powder
Soak 4 corn on the cob in cold water for 15 mins. Heat a griddle pan or BBQ and when nice and hot, put the corn directly on the bars. Cook for 30-40 mins turning reguarly, until the corn is tender and charred in spots. Meanwhile, mash the low fat butter with the chilli powder and lime zest. When the cobs are done, top each with a knob of flavoured butter and serve with lime wedges.
