1 Onion, sliced
1 Garlic clove, sliced
Low cal spray
300g Beef steak, thinly sliced
1 Yellow pepper & red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
400g Can chopped tomatoes
Rosemary sprig, chopped
1/4 plate Boiled potatoes
Place a large saucepan over medium heat and add low cal spray. Cook onion and garlic for 5 mins until softened and turning golden.
Tip in the beef strips, peppers, tomatoes and rosemary, then bring to the boil.
Simmer for 15 mins until the meat is cooked through, adding some boiling water if needed.
Stir through the olives and serve.
Optional: Add a handful of pitted olives for 1 Bite.
