1 banana, chopped and frozen
1-2 tbsp to taste sweetener
400ml skimmed milk
tsp vanilla essense
a drop of peppermint essence
handful spinach
green food colouring - optional
Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Use a tbsp of sweetener or as much as desired. Food colouring optional, but for the day that’s in it.
