470ml boiling water
2 tea bags
2 cinnamon sticks
a dash of (to taste) summer fruits cordial (no added sugar)
1 freshly squeezed orange
1 orange, sliced into thick rounds
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
1 lime, sliced into thin rounds
1 apple, cored and chopped into chunks
8 strawberries, sliced
700ml sparkling water
Pour boiling water over the tea bags and cinnamon sticks and leave to steep for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags and cinnamon sticks.
Combine that with the cordial, orange juice, orange, lemon, lime, strawberries and apple in a large jug or pitcher. Leave to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Add sparkling water before serving and serve in glasses of ice.
