Ingredients:

  • 1 Piece Salmon
  • Tablespoon Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 plate Potato
  • 2 Tablespoons Spinach

Method:

Heat a frying pan and spray with low cal spray oil and season a piece of salmon and cook through, about 2/3 mins per side.

Chop some basil leaves, add a tablespoon or capers and the zest and juice of half of lemon and drizzle over salmon once cooked.

Serve with ¼ plate mashed potato and spinach.
