Salmon with Lemon & Basil
A healthy tasty fishy dinner full of flavour
- 1 Piece Salmon
- Tablespoon Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Lemon Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 plate Potato
- 2 Tablespoons Spinach
Heat a frying pan and spray with low cal spray oil and season a piece of salmon and cook through, about 2/3 mins per side.
Chop some basil leaves, add a tablespoon or capers and the zest and juice of half of lemon and drizzle over salmon once cooked.
Serve with ¼ plate mashed potato and spinach.
