60g Porridge

Skimmed milk

1tsp No added sugar peanut butter

(optional) blueberries

(optional) banana

(optional) nuts

Method

Make up 60g of porridge using skimmed milk. Stir in 1tsp of no added sugar peanut butter.

Optional: Top with sliced banana, blueberries or chopped nuts ( add bites for nuts )
